What words are you using most frequently? Words have energy, a vibrating energized frequency. What kind of energy are you sending out most frequently? What's your frequency? It’s like tuning the radio to select a top 40 station or tuning it to select a rock, rap, classical, or techno station. When we choose what words we select to use most frequently, we are choosing the energy we broadcast to the world and those around us.

Think of words like: can’t, try, hate, frustrated, angry, mad, move-it, shut-up, and derogatory words. They broadcast out an energy, a frequency that just doesn’t feel so good. The degree of harshness is the degree of bad feelings we experience, and everything around us is exposed to.

Now think of words like: Love, Care, Great, Fantastic, Wow, Good, Kind, Friends, Wonderful, Cool, Happy, Grateful, Positive, Energized, Spectacular……. Now, those are good feeling words that send out positive energized frequency. That is the kind of energy I like to surround myself with. It is even easier to come up with more positive energized words isn’t it? In a state of happiness, I find it easier to come up with much more empowering words and find myself struggling to come up with un-empowering words. TRY IT! When we select the frequency… an amazing thing happens, we also select to attract others of the same frequency or energy. Everyone is broadcasting on what they select, and in turn surrounding themselves with the same.

Even the tone of the words we use can determine the energy the frequency. So we need to be aware of our tone. The funny thing about tone is that if we are truly happy or mad, our tone will mimic our state. Try wearing an angry face next time you are happy and laughing, you are only going to laugh even more because you are going to look and feel so silly. Our current state determines our tone, so when speaking, it works the same way. When we make the choice to speak from a state of happiness, we make the choice to speak with a happy, friendly, and caring tone. In turn we attract even more happy, friendly and caring energy to us, and not just people even our pets and everything that surrounds us feels the energy we are broadcasting.
